I just purchased a 96 CE LT4. The air conditioner works great, but I can't raise the temperature with the climate control adjustment. What can I do to solve this problem?

Do the numbers on the display change when you try to adjust the temp? If they do, then you are prolly looking at a vacuum issues under the dash somewhere.
IF the numbers do NOT change, the problem is most likely in the control head itself...
Do you have access to a scanner, or are you familiar with the on board diagnostics? YOu can prolly pull some codes out of the BCM(Body control module), and that might give you a place to start.

The numbers on the display do not change. I will figure out how to run a diagnostic on board.
Thanks

To get the codes, press and hold the fan "up" and "down" buttons at the same time for aboot 5 seconds or so. The display will show -00. When that is displayed, press(but don't hold) the Auto button. Any codes in the HVAC system will display.

00 = No faults
01 & 02 = Temp door actuator circuit fault
03 = Outside temp sensor circuit open
04 =    II           II     II          II       short
05 = In-car temp sensor circuit open
06 =   II II    II          II       II     short
07 = Sunload sensor open
09 = Low refrigerant detected
10 or "---" = Serial data failure
