You don't mention wether-or-not your CE has the Z51 option, and it does make a difference. I have a spec sheet from Mirrock Corvette (mirrockcorvette.com) that shows that the front wheels on a std suspension CE are 17x8.5 with a +56mm offset, and the rear wheels on a std suspension CE are 17x9.5 with a +56mm offset; for the Z51 option, all 4 wheels are 17x9.5 with a +56mm offset; note that the tire size is affected by the wheel size, on std CE Corvettes.
I suspect it will be difficult, if not impossible to find new "factory" wheels for you car, but there are several after-market companies that manufacture replica-wheels that will create the stock look you may be after; just make sure that the new wheels are the right specs for your car.
A few years back I had a bent wheel and found a completely refurbished wheel at Midwest Wheel and Tire, 1967 Wooslee DR, Troy Michigan. 1-800-742-9877. They were most helpful and shipped directly. Cost then for a 1991 painted "sawblade" was $199.00. They also have a website.
I was also able to get my other rims refurbished for a reasonable cost. I am in Ontario Canada, but if you ask around at tire shops or car dealers or even the internet you can probably find a refurbisher near you.

Since GM isn't making them anymore, you have 2 choices: Aftermarket and the used market. If you're not in a hurry, check craigslist from time to time. I see CE wheels there with some frequency. I have '96 Grand Sport wheels on my '93 vert, so I can appreciate your desire to get these wheels for your car- they're a little lighter than Sawblades and better looking.
The GM wheels are better made than most reproductions, but if you're not racing, most of the aftermarket reproductions are fine and nobody will tell the difference. I recently sold my red '92 coupe with reproduction CE wheels. (found them on Craigslist). I think they're the best looking wheels for C4s!

Well, Cindy Lu, I hope you found what you were looking for, since you haven't posted an update since your original query.
I assume you found what you were looking for.
