Just finished replacing all 7 peices of weaqtherstripping on the rag top of my '94. Ordered the kit on e-bay for $199+15 in shipping. The kit arrived Fed-Ex in 2 days (sooner than promised).
The kit was made by Corvette Rubber and the quality and fit was quite good. I did have to re use the fasteners from the old weather stripping (except for the deck lid piece, the new fasteners are molded into that part) and needed to make a trip to the auto parts store for a $6 tube of 3M weatherstrip adhesive.
The hardest part of the project was removing all of the old adhesive after taking off the existing weatherstripping. Doing a good job on this part made the re install a simple matter of taking your time to line things up properly. An old credit card was useful for tucking in the edges easily. I removed all of the tracks to clean them up and wound up applying a fresh coat of gloss black paint to refrubish them.
Looks good as new, money well spent-18 year old rubber is pretty well past its life expectancy.

the prep work is always the hardest but it makes all the difference. great to hear you got a good set of gaskets. a friend of mine ordered an a pillar gasket for his 89 convertible and it was a 1/2" too long across the windshield.
great to hear the job went smoothly for you.

I did all my weather stripping a few years ago (89 convertible) and used Xylene to remove all the old rubber and adhesive. Amazing stuff - it melted the rubber and adhesive right off but didn't hurt the paint. Got a 9 piece weather stripping from Lonestar and it was a great fit but more expensive than what you found, I think I paid around 500 bucks
