Glass Roof question

Hi folks,
 
I just picked up a 92 C4 and during my prebuy inspection I missed that the roof glass has started to come "unstuck" from the frame on the passenger side of the car and a small crack has started.  Any suggestions on what sort of adhesive to use to get it to stick back to the frame before the crack gets any worse?  Also has anybody ever "stop drilled" a crack to arrest its spread?

Stop drilling is a waste of time, the crack will continue to grow.  Ther are vendors that can replace the roof glass.  You just exchange the frame or they can redo yours.  If this top originally came with this car, the car's VIN number is stamped on the top.
