As you say you'll have to "do it all over again"----the heater box must be removed.
If the climate control code #02 wasn't there prior to the heater core replacement---you may have left the motor unplugged OR the door itself may be binding in the box.

I'm facing the same task- replacing the blend door motor. I've seen it posted elsewhere that you can take your seat out, remove the hush panel and reach up and remove it 'by feel.' You also get plenty of scrapes on your forearms, but it is supposed to be doable.
WRS- I know I'm posting many months later, but I'd be interested to know if you had success in replacing the motor and if that indeed fixed the problem. I get the same 02 code, and I've removed and cleaned the electric contacts on the AC controller unit with no effect, so I think the blend door motor is the next logical step.
Anyone else have ideas?
Thanks!
Paul
