1985 is not often referred to specifically in many C4 conversations...a little bit of a unique character. Can anyone tell me if these headlight motors are worth my taking apart and servicing myself, or should I take advantage of rip and rebuild offers?
These are original equipment and now need to be redone.

As long as the electrical part of the motors is in good shape, all you need to do is replace the plastic gears with aftermarket bronze gears, and your good to go.
