Hello all. I am not sure were to post this because I am a new member.. So for that I am sorry... Here is my problem I have a 1995 C4 with 71000 miles on it, it runs great but starting it is another thing. it will start fine one day and the next it dosent even turn over untill I wiggle the battery leads. it has a new battery, and new side post bolts. it seems like they work loose while driving. has anyone else had this problem?

no problem, moved the post to electrical and may generate more answers for you. my thoughts would be to check battery or side bolts to make sure they are not bad. did you have this problem before installing the bolts and battery? there used to be a star like washer on the bolts that would act like a lock washer and maybe you can try to get and install them. i usually have no problems as long as i make sure they are tight. hope you can correct this easily. dave

never seen that before and i have 2 c4's.if they come loose,ck the routing of the cables,if ok i can only suggest to tighten them up and use some ty wraps to keeps them in place and see how that works out for you.

I had the same issue with my '89 and replaced the + bolt with a new one and it ended my problem.
