If it's actually leaking between the plastic connector area and the threaded part, it needs to be replaced. You could try to clean it real well, and put some silicon or something around the edge, but it prolly won't solve the problem for long.
The sensor should still be available, either from GM, or aftermarket.

Joel, thanks for the response. Yes , it is leaking between the plastic and the threaded portion.
