Right turn signal not flashing

Right side turn signal not flashing rear lights stay on No light in front. But when lights are on the front lights are on But still no flashing when turn signal engaged Thanks

Vette(s): 1985 Coupe-L98/Auto,Bright Red/Carmine. 1974 Coupe-L48/4speed, Medium Red Metallic/Black Deluxe.
Front bulb is burned out(on the "high" side), or there is a problem with the light socket there. Common issue.
