car dies coming to a stop when removing your foot off the pedal

Car idles fine, runs fine. no missing what so ever. But when im driving around town and when coming to a stop sign and take my foot off the gas the car dies. no rough running or acting up just shuts off.  starts right back up. next sign dies. it will idle in the driveway all day with no issues. idles and revs up. I changed the IAC and fuel filter. Any ideas
