Check Engine lite

I flushed my system out and now when the fans come on to cool the car off, my check engine light comes on but it goes back off when the fans stop running.

What year car is it? Need to check for codes to get an idea of where to look first. Could simply have an air pocket. We need a bit more info. Wink
