LT-1 idle

Would like to lower the idle slightly on my LT-1 and see what appears to be an adjustment at the T/Body.
Is it as simple as that?

It's sitting about 800-900 rpms and seems a tad high to me.

 I'm no expert at all and know next to nothing about the LT1.  With that said, I thought the only way to adjust the idle was through the ECM. It is my understanding that the ECM is programed to handle the idle. The adjustment screw on the throttle body I believe is an air adjustment; however I could be wrong.
 The idle speeds you quoted do sound a bit high to me if the car is fully warmed up. If it is still a bit cool, I don't really see the problem.
 I'm sure more knowledgeable than I will chime in here.

Yes it is that easy. Torx head (can't remember the size) small inserted from the windshield side turn counter clockwise. This will lower RPM and not effect the ECM

I've been doing a little reading on the subject and apparently any adjustment at the throttle body is tied in with adjustments and the TPS and ECM ..... My adjustment screw at the TPS has a plug in it and the skinny is that one should not remove it and make any adjustment there without reading and adjusting the TPS ..

So it looks like I should leave it alone for now.

I must first make sure the engine is warmed sufficiently to allow the idle to settle properly and then measure the voltage at the TPS.
Another source of fast idle is a stuck throttle plate which should be exposed and cleaned with carb cleaner.

I'll let you all know how I make out.
