I replaced mine about 4 years ago and used FelPro gaskets that I bought through my local NAPA store. Regardless of what brand you get, make sure you compare the originals to the new gaskets. You want to make sure the 2 small holes at the real are open. If they aren't you can drill them out to size.
It's also a good time to replace your injectors, EGR, and thermostat while you are in there. I used the step-by-step instructions from the Haynes shop manual which are pretty good. The 2 surprises for me while doing this project was the amount of cleaning that was needed and I had a nasty time taking apart the fuel rail assembly and putting it back together. I'm sure I was just being dumb about it but it was a PITA for me

"Frisbee" is the term applied to describe the serpentine belt vibration damper that is installed on the water pump pulley beginning in 1988 on automatics only. The 89 Frisbee is a revised unit that has a cast ring, and a rubber bond to the hub that is all very similar to a crankshaft harmonic vibration damper.

I didn't know 90's had one. BWTFDIK.
