I need to know where the amplifier and relay locations are for 1995 coupe

Vette(s): 1985 Coupe-L98/Auto,Bright Red/Carmine. 1974 Coupe-L48/4speed, Medium Red Metallic/Black Deluxe.

Amps are built into the individual speaker enclosures. I'd have to dig into the service manual to find relay locations. If you happen to have the original owner's manual, relay and fuse information is in the owner's manual. 👍

 

....assuming you have a Bose system, that is....
