I had a '70 350/350, 4 spd. which I sold
as the kids came along, always wanted another. Love the C4 style and what is better than a nice long cruise on a summer day/night, a car show and hanging with other Vette folks?

I have wanted one sine I was 15 years old in 1984. I bought mine 1992 in 2006 and the drem was fulfilled. All through the 1980's I was a Corvette fan. I will be 40 in May and I am still a huge Corvette fan. Old habits never die.
This is my 2nd Vette and I love her . My first was a 73 , I got married and had kids, well, kids and vettes dont have much room for a wife and 3 kids !
Now, my youngest is 17, I got a decent deal on my 87. Now I feel full again and my wife loves driving our car.
We mostly got it for a fairweather, weekend driver type car.
We hope to be able to participate in a few of our Clubs events this year.

Vette(s): 1985 Coupe-L98/Auto,Bright Red/Carmine.
1974 Coupe-L48/4speed, Medium Red Metallic/Black Deluxe.
I bought the '85 for Mama....basically so she wouldn't want to drive my '74!
The '85 is a sweet road-trip car, and gets 26mpg...best car we've got(out of 5) in that department.

Well... my c4 story hasnt started yet lol, but soon. Very soon I hope. Anyhow, Ive been into vettes all my life. My sister is several years older than me, and when I was little she had a blue iroc camaro and her husband had a yellow stingray.... Fast forward 20 some odd years. Ive owned my red 75 for about 2 years now. Its the fun car. My daily is a blue 2k firebird. Its nice, but its getting some mileage on it, and Im looking for a c4 to replace it. Its served its time well and will be retired to fun car status like the 75 as soon as I find the next vette.
