Some of you know about the night mare I went thru with the peace of crap upholstery shop that screwed up my carpeting by simply gluing new carpet on top of the old and trying to pass that off as "replacing the carpet", I had to pay out even more to get another shop to rip it all out and replace it properly.. So today I had court and we won in big way. I sued him under the "consumer protection act", the judge awarded me 3X's the damages and all court and attorney cost. He should have settled with me win I first confronted him about the problems.
