RPO Codes Question -- R7A, R7M, R8T: What are 'Control Sale Items'

Hello Board,

I've a 1994 Coupe.  The RPO code sheet lists three items I can't decode using the options sheet:

R7A - Control Sales Item 26, Special Option
R7M - Control Sales Item 38
R8T - Control Sales Item 69

Anyone know what a "control sales item" is?
