Real sorry to hear about your problem with an a$$ Censored .  Hopefully you told the officer about this guys aggressive driving before he hit you.  Also you want to let your insurance know because his insurance may try to place some of the blame on you.  As long as your not hurt, the car is always repairable.

Let me get this straight, you drive your Corvette in the rain!?!?  I always thought they would melt! LOLLOL

That's a good point.  I didn't think of that!  What WERE you doing out in the rain in a Vette?  Silly man!  Rolling%20On%20The%20Floor%20Laughing

Glad you are OK.  Could have been worse, a spin into oncoming traffic could have really ruined your day Dead.  Look at the bright side, you get new fiberglass, a paint job and the satisfaction of knowing the jerk will get a nice hike in his insurance.  Find a Vette speciality shop to do the work and tell his insurance company that's where the repairs are being done. Good luck !

Just a quick question:  Being from real, really, south jersey where the heck is Ianoka Harbor?!?  I'll be sure to stay away from there rain OR shine.  Down here during the off season we only have old blue hair ladies driving their Honda's for traffic.  Not a threat to my vettes.

it's in lacey twsp. if you ever heard of forked river thats where lanoka harbor is. as far as the little old blue haired ladies, they can be just as dangerous. i would imagine even in the off season down in cape may there is some jerk that passes through that thinks he is the only one that should be on the road.

Make sure you take it to a GOOD body shop that knows how to work on vettes. (too many hacks out there)  I agree it would be a good time to do a couple of mods on your vette on his dime!   I had my car out the other day and stopped a local grocery/gas type store, and upon exiting found some lady in a 1980 something rust bucket pulled in beside my car about 6" away!!! I look and see the entire lot is empty & she has to park where her door would surely hit my car!! I saw her start to open the door and I yelled for her to hold it and wait till I back out.
