Hello. I have a 1994 convertable. I have the stock size 255 on 8.5 rims on the front and 285 on 9.5 on the rear. I am told that I can put 9.5s all around. If so what size tires should I put on all four wheels and is it a sound idea to make the change ? Thanks for any advice. Buddy

Buddy772, I have an 86 coupe that I have installed Centerline 9.5" rims all around with Bridgestone Potenza tires. They are 245/50R16 97W tires & it looks great. It also tracks & steers like you would not believe. It has been a great choice for my ride, about 10k on them since installed. My choice - Do it again !!!!

Check out the Grand Sport website. The '96 coupe uses 9.5's front and 11's rear with the european fender flares but the convertables use 9.5's all around and I'm reasonably sure they are 275VR17's with no fender flares.

If you plan to upgrade your brakes later to C5 spec you'll need to go to 18's to fit the larger calipers.
