Vette(s): 93 corvette 40th edition. Jet stream blue.
When I drive my corvette when it is raining my drivers floor matte puddles water also some rain water on the passengers floor matte. It is not leaking from the hard top. Any suggestions?

My guess is the windshield has been replaced at sometime in the past, the metal was scratched through the prime and corrosion coatings during the replacement, rust has developed between the frame and the sealant destroying the seal, and now it leaks. As I said, just a guess, but I've seen this dozens and dozens of times on replacement windshields. After a period of time, they begin to leak. Removing the glass reveals a real mess to fix. Maybe your leak is something else....
I have another idea, although this one wouldn't allow water to puddle on both sides. Unless both sides have received "hits".
Check the fiberglass floor pan from underneath the car for damage. The forward edge of the foot well has minimal ground clearance. I've seen a lot of C4's with Foreign Object Damage on the front edges of the foot wells. Driven in the rain, these areas are in the direct path of spray from the front wheels.

I had a leak on the passengers side. We tracked it down to the door jam and found the weather stripping had gone bad. there are two pieces in the door jam, if both don't seal the rain can come in thru the front door jam and run into the car. you might want to start there.

OMG? You guys drive in the rain?
Dripping down on the mats sure seems like windshield seals to me. Otherwise you see the drip from the top seal where the roof attaches to the top of the windshield.
The most expensive part of a windshield replacement is the seals. If they don't get replaced it would probably leak.
If it isn't broke, I haven't fixed it yet....

Your cowl drains are probably plugged up, allowing water to collect and run past the seals. Look directly behind the battery and you should see a round rubber hose...pull it towards you, the end of it looks like an udder. It's probably compacted with leaves, grass, sand, etc....clean it out, you may need gently poke a coathanger or something small in it to dislodge the debris. There's one on the passenger side also, check it too.
