My suggestion would be to have it in the Bowling Green Ky. area. Nashville would be an excellent area as it is only a 45 minute drive to the plant and the Museum and still plenty to do and see....

Ohhh and I am sure I could get the Nashville Corvette club to help sponsor it and provide logistical assistance

Looks like a pretty good response, so far. Thanks guys!
There is no reason folks in any geographical area could not have a "Regional" C4VR Member Get Together on their own. C3VR members do it on both coasts, and in the Central regions. One and two day events usually take place in the summer, but some also get together for winter fun. So, if any of ya'll want to plan a get together, BBQ, cruise, whatever, it's all up to you. Just post some ideas up, and run with it.
As far as an "Official" C4VR Gathering, it would take a LOT of planning, and will require member participation in the planning, as well as some legwork from volunteers. Once the official decision is made to go forth with the event, more information will be posted, and input from the Membership will be requested.
Thanks for the response so far, ya'll!!

Based on the wide geographical spread of the membership, the regional idea sounds like the way to go.
Not sure how many members attend Carlisle, but if we had enough we could certainly do a meet, dinner, etc. and a photo up there in August. I'd be happy to help with that.
Love the Bowling Green idea! (can't see photo that clearly. Sometime I would be interested in hearing about your wheels and brakes. Looks good in photo!
