Folks, I am fairly new to this site. I am asking for some help though. I am in search of a particular Corvette. It was my wife's car when she was in college. It is a two-tone bronze '84 with brown cloth interior. The last 6 digits of the VIN are 143992. I have pulled Carfax, AutoCheck, etc. only to find the car was last registered in TX in 2001! I have scoured AutoTrader, Craigslist and other Vette sites for over 2 years now. I thought the owner might be a member of your site. If you know of this car sitting in someone's garage please let me know!

Hello, I just saw a two tone bronze 84 on the Albany New York Craigslist, didn't list any vin numbers. Check it out. Good luck, Charlie
Had to double-check my VIN since I have an 84 2 tone with cloth seats. Sorry, different VIN. I saw one at Carlisle last August. The guy was from NY, I believe. It was an automatic. I have a 4+3 manual.
