Vette(s): 1989 Convert. It's HERE ! ! ! This is my first 'Vette. Most likely my last toy as I am 71 years old.
When I was in Hershey, Pa. for the Antique Car show about 1970, I designed a Jacket with an old square nut on it and the words OLD CAR NUT around it. Seems that some else one had the screen name OLD CAR NUT so I had to change mine to HEXCARNUT1...
Tried to upload Pix of the jacket but got some kind of failure so no go.......

My wife and I are both into Corvettes, so the screen name was a natural. We each have our own Corvette (puls a "spare").
To Jimmymack - Jerry Blavat!!! The Geator with the Heator!! I haven't heard that name in a zillion years! Haven't lived in So. Jersey in a looooooong time and completely lost track of him.
VetteCpl....Glad to see that a former S. Jersey guy remembers.

The Geator is still going strong, doing appearances 6 or 7 days a week, plus still has Memories in Margate (which my wife and I still frequent at least twice in the summer). In fact, he was the MC at the Kerbeck Toys for Tots run last year. He does a shore gig at a different Casino's or a club in Somers Point every week in the summer (besides Memories), if you ever come back here for a visit, let me know I'll send you his schedule.
Here's one for ya...Keep on rockin cause you only rock once.

I have spent a lifetime in the industrial automation components and systems biz and for years my license tag has read "AUTOM8R" so it was the first thing to come to mind and it stuck.

Vette(s): 87 Red Coupe, not as pretty, had 213G miles, great running engine; got 20-21 around town, 27-28 on hwy; I got to drive a Vette, every day for 6 yrs. It was my first; so now I know what the fuss is all about. (Sold it 2015 for $3000, still ran great.)

Not Scottish and don't play the pipes. Rebuilt and lived aboard a Mariner 31' ketch with twin wood masts (the pipes are dual reed instruments) and when the jib, staysail, main, mizzen staysail and mizzen were up she had lots of canvas that when filled with a warm breeze made music so I named her BAGPIPE. Sold her in '01 when I moved to PI but haven't changed my handle.
