Maybe some long tube headers...American Racing Headers just came out with some sweet SS headers for C4's that supposedly fit perfectly. Can order with or without cats and a X pipe that will match up to most exhaust systems, which is impotant to me as I have a Corsa that I really like a lot.
Actually I have been thinking of getting a new radiator for my C2. I had it repaired many years ago but it has another small leak. Of course, while I'm at it, I may as well replace the water pump. Then hoses too. Where does it end? Good time to tidy up all of that area at the same time. The last time those things were done was in 1986 before going to the Homecoming at Bowling Green.
She is in the shop right now, getting all new Carpet and a new set of chrome ZR1 rims.
This completes the interior as the seats, the roof, and the weatherstripping are all brand new already.
Paint will come later after much research and shop shopping......

Hello everyone.
I sprang for a gas heater for the garage! This way my car stays nice and warm and I don't freeze either while I can do whatever cleaning it needs to get ready for the spring!
Come on spring!!!

Vette(s): 1989 Red Convertible - 160,000 fun-filled miles -
I got a hardtop from a custom auto dealer in Indiana a couple of weeks ago. Made a good deal on it and had fun looking at some really cool cars on their lot, not to mention super nice people. I've been amazed at how quiet the cabin is with the hardtop installed ! I always thought every Vette should be a convertible, but now I appreciate why they aren't. This will make driving the car in early spring and late fall so much nicer. Merry Christmas, Dave

I'm in agreement with redvette89. I too found a hardtop for my red 89 in October. We should have co-ordinated the buys since I bought mine in Ohio and had it shipped to Iowa. Could have saved on the freight costs. It will be nice to have it ready to go in the spring.
