just trying to catch up around the house with all this snow, but getting some major cabin fever... can't wait for the road salt to wash away and get the vetter out again... This has been a painful winter.

Vette(s): 1987 T5 5 speed ,cast iron head motor (no history on this) Z-51 Bright red with gray leather interior Greenwood spoiler,Corvette Central muffler eliminators and American Racing 16" Gotti replicas.
AMEN !

Poolman is right...the worst part is now we have to wait for a long stretch of decent temps for all this to melt ( I still have 3-4 ft. drifts in my yard). Which means the roads will still be wet with brine and salt residue for weeks. AAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHH!

Corvettes for A Cure may wind up being the first car show of the season
.

Tweety went south. put the vette up on jacks in november, wont be back until april. right now its 78 degrees in mesa arizona, dont want to see any more snow!!!! Last time i checked Iowa in the Desmoines area had 56 inches of snow since december, thats 40 inches more than normal. So Tweety is not comming out from under his cover until april first.

Vette(s): 87 Red Coupe, not as pretty, had 213G miles, great running engine; got 20-21 around town, 27-28 on hwy; I got to drive a Vette, every day for 6 yrs. It was my first; so now I know what the fuss is all about. (Sold it 2015 for $3000, still ran great.)
OK, here's some sarcasm for ya... You sissies complain about gettin around in a measly couple feet of snow! Well, try driving INTO the sun, both ways, uphill, to and fro, every day, all year!! So there, take that!

I'd rather be toting around sunglasses than a shovel or snowblower.

Rain and snow for Monday and Tuesday, just what we need. Sounds like good conditions for flood warnings. Will this ever end??
I hope spring sets in soon.
