does anyone know how to remove any thing on this sight ....i noticed that some of the post where put on way back when   they should be taken off

Not sure what you think should be removed. I(or any of the Mods) can remove offensive, or otherwise objectionable material, if we see it, or if someone reports it.
Is there something specific you are referring to?
